How it Works:
1. An employee calls the action hotline or scans the QR code (from a flyer in your place of business) with their smartphone to report a concern. Employees can call from anywhere, anytime and choose whether to remain anonymous.
2. For phone calls, an interview specialist will capture all the information provided by the caller. Spanish speaking interviewers available on request. When using the QR code, a report is generated based on the information provided on the form and sent to a monitored email box.
3. CEA will compile an incident report and deliver the information to the employer within the next business day.
